FREE AU EXPRESS SHIPPING when you spend over $150! Orders under $150 are a flat rate charge of $12.95 for express shipping. Please note free shipping is not applied when a gift card or online credit is used to pay for an order.
We deliver products domestically using DHL Express for all metropolitan areas (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). DHL Express do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays.
For areas that fall under the regional category we use Startrack. Regional areas outside the express post network may receive their parcel within 2-10 business days.
We ask that you keep a close eye on the tracking of your parcel. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with Startrack or DHL. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once your order has left the warehouse, Deus Ex Machina is no longer liable for its whereabouts. Please see below for more information.
If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order, please email us at eshop@deuscustoms.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office or collection point.
Please note that Deus Ex Machina is not liable for parcels lost internationally. It is your responsibility to track your parcel directly with your country’s postal service.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit and processing during sale and holiday periods. If you would like a parcel by a certain date please email us in advance and we may be able to prioritise your order.
CUSTOMS / ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Selected countries receive no additional taxes or duties on delivery. Import taxes can be over 100% of the order value and we cover these taxes and costs for you, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. Orders to some countries may incur customs or other charges. As these charges are based on your country's postal regulations, Deus Ex Machina has no control over these charges, cannot advise what they will be, and is not liable for them. Please contact your country’s postal service for more information. Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Deus Ex Machina is not liable to refund your purchase or replace the goods.
Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a re-postage processing fee. This will be invoiced to you and not resent until the invoice is paid.
ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
DHL Express and Startrack online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. Deus Ex Machina is not liable for fault of delivery by either courier. Please let us know and we can help you to contact the correct customer care, however we are not able to refund in these circumstances.
